請家長到註冊組網頁，點擊 「 註冊(Online Registration) 」開始網上註冊 。
舊生家庭以家庭Family ID/Password log in, 在日新無資料的家庭按'Create New Account'建立家庭及學生資料.
欲變更家庭及學生資料請按"edit".
Log-in 請及早到 Family 頁底的’New Password＇更改您的 password。
網上註冊的同意履行以下的家長的義務級及責任:
家長或監護人同意;凡參加北加州中文學校聯合會（ＡＮＣＣＳ）及本校舉辦的各項活動，學校不負任何有關學生之法律責任. 本校經由ANCCS辦理團體保險.
下課後逾時無法接回學生,家長願接受罰款.
本校為非營利機構,學生家長每年必須為學校義務服務,課堂值日不屬於記點服務之內.

To register online, go to www.rainbowcs.org
On Registration page, click on the link “Online Registration” to sign up for classes.
Setup:
To register, you must have a Family ID & Password to log in
Currently ENROLLED family, you should know your own password. But if you have forgotten your password, you can hit the ‘Forgot Password’ button in the Login screen to have your password sent to you via email.
For NEW family, please create a new account to obtain your Family ID and Password.
Manage Account:
To view/update Family or Student information, click on the "edit" option, next to the Guardian Name.
To change your password click on the “edit” option. Change password with the “New Password” button.
Parents registered in RCS agree with the following responsibilities and duties:
Participation Agreement and Waiver of Liability I consent to myself and/or my child to participate in the ANCCS activities, hosted by Rainbow Chinese School and agree on behalf of my child that I assume the risk of accident or injuries sustained from whatever cause in connection therewith and release ANCCS, Rainbow Chinese School and Fremont Union High School District, its board members, officers, agents, volunteers, employees and associates from any liability from any such accident or injury, and waive all claims, actions and damages against ANCCS. ANCCS stands for Association of Northern California Chinese Schools, through which Rainbow Chinese School applies for its group insurance coverage).
I agree to pay late fee if not picking up students on time after school ends.
Rainbow Chinese School is a non-profit organization. Parents are obligated to provide volunteer services annually. Weekly Room Parent duty DO NOT count towards required volunteer service hours.
