- 正體中文課程 Traditional Chinese Classes
At Rainbow Chinese School, in order to meet the diverse needs of the community, we offer 3 different tracks of Chinese language classes:
– Start with the use of Zhuyin (popularly known as Bopomofo, a system Used as a phonetic aid for children)
– Conducted in Mandarin and use Traditional Chinese for writing
– Available from Pre-Kindergarten to 12th Grade
- 簡體中文課程 Simplified Chinese Classes
– Start with the use pinyin (as a phonetic aid)
– Conducted in Mandarin and use Simplified Chinese for writing
– Classes are available from Kindergarten through 6th Grade
- 中文為第二語言課程 Chinese as a Second Language Classes
– Start with the use of pinyin (as a phonetic aid)
– Conducted in English and use Traditional Chinese for writing
– Available from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade level
